- Customers have 7 days to return an item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and original packing slip must be provided.
- Manufactures Defect will be replaced with a new product upon stock availability and defective product verification.
- If order was placed in error, A refund will be issued minus 20% re stocking fee which includes the free shipping provided. The 20% fee is only charged if the item has already been shipped, if item is still at facility , no restocking fee will be applied and full refund will be provided.
When we receive your returned item, you will be contacted after verification of product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For Manufactures defect , product replacement takes 2 Business days based on stock availability.
Customers are responsible and must cover the cost for all returns since TrinidadSales offers free shipping, we therefore cannot cover the shipping cost of returns except in the case of manufactures defect, we will refund the shipping the customers pay once shipped via TTPOST.
